  don't make a business or work with manheim coz they are stilling the money. i will tell you how they are stilling the money. The rule of the auction is different and the customer serves different even the manger is also the same as the customer serves. i bought a 15 cars on friday and i paid for them on monday and i send my driver with the receipt of the payment to pick up the cars they didn't gived him the cars they told to my driver on tomorrow i pick up the cars some of them and 5 of them remain up paid i paid them on a Friday the customer serves told me i can pick up the cars on monday. so i send my driver on Saturday they says we closed before the worked til 12pm every saturday. on that the didn''t give me cars So again i send my driver on monday the didn''t give my cars. i call then why ? the manager told me you should pay the storage of them and i said y?

  I had a car accident and my car was written off and taken to Manheim wreckers for its final destination. Unfortunately right after my accident I was not able to collect all my belongings from the car before it was towed away. My insurance arranged for Manheim staff to collect the items from my car and have them sent to me however they were never returned as arranged. I believe These wreckers are dodgy, rude and unprofessional and I must warn everyone not to deal with them or trust them with their belongings
